The client charted their main goal as enhancing the employee experience for their global, diverse, mobile employee workforce by transitioning to a flexible benefits delivery. The landscape included a mobile employee population across more than 60 locations and a historically decentralized mobility program.

The BGRS team supported the client in their decision making from initial discussions, through the RFP process, to flexible benefits program design and implementation. Key elements of the BGRS solution included:
- Providing a peer-to-peer discussion platform for the client to learn how other organizations approached similar transitions
- Identifying guiding principles and initial program diagnostics complementing the internal research performed by the client
