Traci MorrisChief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Traci Morris leads all aspects of BGRS.
A powerful force in the global mobility industry, Traci brings a long track record of relocation management expertise in operations, finance and technology to BGRS. She has an innovative approach to the supply chain model and more than 20 years of industry experience, leading visionary change on behalf of clients, Relocation Management Companies and the industry overall.
In 2013, Traci was awarded the Global Mobility Professional of the Year award from The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM). Additionally, the Profiles in Diversity Journal recognized Traci in the 2014 Women Worth Watching issue for her leadership knowledge, experience and advice. In 2016, Traci was awarded the Jack Welch College of Business Leadership Award from Sacred Heart University for her professional excellence and dedication to humanitarian efforts.
Prior to joining BGRS in 2013, Traci was the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain Management at Cartus. She is a member of The Board of Directors and Treasurer for The Denan Project, a grass roots humanitarian project, beginning in Ethiopia, and now operating clinics and hospitals in Ethiopia, Peru, Burkina Faso and Mongolia.
Traci holds an Accounting degree from Sacred Heart University.
Robert OlmstedChief Operating Officer
Robert (Bob) Olmsted is the Chief Operating Officer for BGRS.
Bob is responsible for leading all BGRS operations, which includes customer service and the related supporting functions.
During his 25-year career in the mobility industry, Bob has worked in corporate finance, client services, supply chain management, real estate and operational finance. As a precursor to his mobility industry career, Bob worked for PriceWaterhouse in public accounting. Bob joined BGRS in 2014 with vast experience in operation management, process management and design, leadership, financial focus, Six Sigma as well as customer and client services.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from University of Colorado and graduated with his Master of Business Administration degree from the Stern School at New York University.
Kent WilliamsChief Financial Officer
Kent Williams is the Chief Financial Officer for BGRS.
Kent is responsible for all finance and accounting functions of the organization, including corporate accounting and reporting, internal controls, treasury, pricing, financial planning and analysis, taxation and procurement and facilities. He also supports the Global Financial Operations function, which provides financial services to clients and transferees to process home sales, vendor payments and client billing.
Prior to joining BGRS, Kent was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis with Maple Leaf Foods Inc., where he drove the financial planning and reporting strategies and directed forecasting for the company. Kent began his career at EY in accounting and audit services.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto and is certified as both Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Joe GenautisChief Information Officer
Joe Genautis is the Chief Information Officer for BGRS.
Joe is responsible for all information technology functions for the organization, including strategic leadership for technology development & operations, infrastructure, and compliance and security.
Prior to joining BGRS, Joe was Chief Information Officer with Torstar Corporation, where he drove the strategic direction of the company’s technology business platforms, service management and information technology compliance programs. Joe’s professional experience also includes leadership roles where oversaw and lead software development, project management and architecture.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Richard D. BallotGeneral Counsel
Rich Ballot is the General Counsel for BGRS.
Rich leads the BGRS legal team, which supports the company’s operations in North America, Asia and Europe, including sales and service, global supply chain, litigation and claims, title and mortgage joint ventures, transactional guidance, compliance programs, corporate governance matters, intellectual property, and the US and Canadian government accounts.
Rich has worked in the legal department with BGRS and its predecessors more than 10 years. Prior to joining BGRS, Rich was in-house counsel at Cendant Corporation, counsel at Day Pitney LLP, an associate at the former NYC law firm of Mudge Rose, and a law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court. His practice focused on commercial litigation and franchise law. He earned his BA degree from Rutgers University, and graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
Michel BoninSenior Vice President of Canadian Government Services
Michel Bonin is the Senior Vice President of Canadian Government Services for BGRS.
Michel is responsible for the operational teams managing Canadian government relocations through the Integrated Relocation Program, and acts as Company Security Officer for the division.
With more than 20 years of management experience in the relocation industry, Michel’s leadership is characterized by his commitment to forging strong relationships at all levels, including government clients, third-party suppliers and the service delivery team. Michel’s diverse government services experience and government program knowledge enhance his team’s performance.
Before joining BGRS more than 20 years ago, Michel worked in the real estate and insurance industries. He owned and managed a general insurance brokerage company, a real estate development business and a real estate brokerage firm. Bilingual in French and English, he has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 40 years, as well as a real estate broker and mortgage broker since 1991.
Nancy BrickwoodSenior Vice President, Global Human Resources
Nancy Brickwood is the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for BGRS.
Nancy oversees the global Human Resources and Learning and Development functions operating from 7 geographies.
Her focus is to enhance organizational performance by leading a global team of professionals responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing support of a wide range of programs across the functional areas of talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, compensation, health and wellness, data and analytics, policies and practices and global payroll.
Nancy brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to BGRS and has held several roles within BGRS’s group of companies. Nancy has served as the HR integration lead during the onboarding of two acquisitions by BGRS Global Relocations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Human Resources diploma from the University of Toronto and her Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation.
Ellyn KaretnickVice President, Global Head of Talent Mobility Consulting
Ellyn Karetnick is Vice President, Head of Talent Mobility Consulting for BGRS. Ellyn has global responsibility for the strategic leadership of BGRS’s consulting practice. She drives talent mobility development and thought leadership.
Ellyn has more than 25 years’ experience in the HR, reward and global mobility fields, both in corporate and consulting roles. She has designed and implemented effective international and local human resources strategies and programs, as well as successfully managed mobility programs, expatriate compensation and advisory initiatives. Ellyn regularly presents at industry forums and events, providing insights to help companies navigate a competitive marketplace.
Prior to joining BGRS, Ellyn was Head of International Mobility in Mercer’s Talent Business. She also has held leadership positions around the globe with assignment management, automotive, Big Four professional services and investment banking firms.
Ellyn holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in French and International Relations. She has lived and worked in France, the Netherlands, Ireland, US and UK. Ellyn is proficient in French and has a working knowledge of Dutch, Spanish and Italian.
Tara NielsenSenior Vice President of Global Operational Support
Tara Nielsen is the Senior Vice President of Global Operational Support for BGRS.
Tara is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of BGRS’s global operations.
Since joining BGRS in 1999, Tara has held several positions within the company. Her responsibilities have ranged from supply chain management and implementation to overseeing client service delivery teams in the Brazil, Detroit and Houston offices. In her most recent role with BGRS, Tara was the Senior Vice President of Global Client Services, Americas.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Salve Regina University, a Master’s in Public Administration from George Washington University, and a Graduate Certificate in International Business from Boston University-Brussels. She has earned the Worldwide ERC® Global Mobility Specialist and Talent Mobility designations.
Jennifer ThomasSenior Vice President, Global Client Development and Client Services
Jennifer Thomas serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Client Development and Client Services for BGRS.
Jennifer is responsible for all global Client Services and Client Development teams, overseeing new business development, client growth, strategic processes and service delivery.
Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in the mobility industry. Most recently she was Senior Vice President of Global Client Services for the Americas at BGRS. Prior to joining BGRS in 2013, she worked in varied senior leadership positions including International Assignment Management Services, Global Business Development for EMEA and APAC, and Global Assignment Services. Jennifer has held an international assignment in Singapore and established service centers in that market as well as Prague and Shanghai.
Jennifer has received the Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious Service award, and served on the ERC’s Editorial and Conference Planning Committees.
Joanna WakehamSenior Vice President of Global Client Services
Joanna (Jo) Wakeham is the Senior Vice President of Global Client Services for BGRS.
Jo is responsible for the delivery of services and growth of BGRS globally.
With more than 20 years in mobility, Jo is responsible for the delivery of global assignment services. As such, she owns responsibility for client relationships, operational management, contract fulfillment, sharing and implementing of best practices, cost containment/reduction, new service creation and excellence in service delivery. Concurrently, Jo has managed the integration of newly acquired European business in both her current and former roles.
Jo’s past experience includes starting up an office in Hong Kong to provide services for global accounts, and managing offsite teams in India, Singapore and Japan. She also worked on implementation, contract negotiation and U.K. domestic services and has been on several short-term assignments to the U.S., Hong Kong and Australia.
Jo studied law and history at Strodes College, Surrey, England.
