Working together towards a brighter tomorrow

We are dedicated to a culture of belonging where employees are empowered to reach their full potential and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work.

As part of our overarching focus on environmental and social responsibility, we believe it’s critically important to have a formal structure in place for employees to give back.
When we sought to identify a partner for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, we utilized the U.N.’s 17 sustainable development goals, a shared blueprint for prosperity and peace, as the foundation for our decision.

Through a global employee survey, we identified causes that resonated most with our teams: sustainability, children’s charities, helping those in need, and health care.

We selected the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) as our global giving partner, an international charity that aligns with our collective values and has the capacity to support causes we care about at a global, regional, and local level.

Global support through local committees

Our 4,000 employees represent four generations and speak over 55 languages. Each of our regions have diverse approaches to engaging in CSR work and with LCIF, we can celebrate and build on that diversity with specialized, effective projects and initiatives across the globe.

Our employees and LCIF volunteers are working together through locally tailored humanitarian service efforts to engage and strengthen communities, improve health and well-being, and support those in need. LCIF’s international footprint of 1.4 million members and 47,000 clubs around the world will make it possible for BGR employees to have measurable impact in the communities where we live and work.

Giving a gift of time

We recognize that, for many employees, a gift of time is something they want to consider. All full-time and part-time BGRS employees receive one full day of paid time off per calendar year for eligible volunteer activities.

BGRS Global (India) Private Limited’s Corporate Social Responsibility program is built on shared values and the commitment of our employees to live those values. The goal of the CSR program is to take responsibility for the impact of our activities on our various constituencies, and society as a whole. We have embraced a CSR statement that helps guide our behaviors and promotes a high standard of accountability — from what we do, to what we buy, to how we invest.
