BGRS’s ReloAccess is designed to support the needs of our clients and their relocating employees.
As part of our continued focus on delivering on-demand resources to our clients and their relocating employees, BGRS is excited to share that we have reimagined our employee ReloAccess portal for mobile employees in our most recent release on July 20, 2018.
The new enhancements further evolve our service delivery models designed to create a flexible user experience to support the continuing diversification of mobile employees. ReloAccess now features a modern, cleaner design with refreshed navigation and technology tools, that have been optimized to enable both self-sufficiency and high touch experiences as desired by the relocating employee. Features that enable employees throughout their relocation experience have been reimagined to enhance the user’s experience throughout each touchpoint during a move.
ReloAccess is also now in alignment with global Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) requirements, which ensures BGRS’s technology can accommodate our clients and their relocating employees who require the use of assistive technologies.
BGRS’s Chief Information Officer, Joe Genautis, stated, “BGRS’s approach to enhancing the capabilities of ReloAccess is one core element of our continued investment in innovation.” “These updates to the employee view of the portal will greatly enhance the experience of our clients’ mobile employees while extending our ability to provide high-value, consultative advice to our clients to drive program improvements, recommendations and predictive analytics,” added John Arcario, BGRS Head of Strategy.
Additional enhancements to the client experience version of BGRS’s ReloAccess will be made live later this summer.
