Contract Award by the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) builds on more than 20 years of service to the Government of Canada.
BGRS is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a five-year contract for the administration, financial management of relocation services and for Third-Party Service Provider management to Members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
“We are excited about this opportunity to continue delivering services to the Canadian Armed Forces,” stated Michel Bonin, Senior Vice President of Canadian Government Services for BGRS. “The Canadian Armed Forces and in particular, their relocating Military Members, will continue to receive the excellent levels of customer service that they have come to expect from BGRS.”
The contract includes volumes of more than 14,000 annual relocations and responsibility for managing thousands of third-party suppliers. BGRS will manage the CAF relocation program through an innovative web-based system. All services will be delivered in both of Canada’s official languages (English and French).
BGRS has been providing relocation services to the Canadian Government since 1994.
