New options expand BGRS’s core/flex solution, meeting Mobility’s increasing demands for flexibility, cost control, and an enhanced employee experience.
Since BGRS introduced the industry’s first core/flex solution in 2019, demand for employee flexibility and benefit choice has grown dramatically, commensurate with the need for companies to focus on cost control while delivering a quality mobility employee experience through personal choice. BGRSflex™ responded to those needs with a proprietary technology approach combined with expert guidance that transformed and simplified the typically challenging administration of core/flex benefits.
We are excited to announce a new points-based configuration which complements the existing currency-based options to give clients additional flexibility to offer benefits to their mobile employees. Dynamic personalization capabilities are complemented by consultant co-management capabilities to bring a new level of personalization to the mobile employee experience while making program and cost control easy for mobility managers. Lastly, we have enhanced our cash out options display to provide full transparency to the cash balance as benefits are utilized.
