Each year, BGRS’s health and wellness program supports mental health awareness during the month of May, and we are continuing to promote healthy lifestyles in our current virtual environment.

As employees worldwide are facing new challenges each day, BGRS remains committed to providing resources to help guide our employees to maintain a positive mental health balance.
This year, the 2020 May Global Wellness Campaign is taking place virtually, sharing resources each week on how to manage working full-time in a virtual environment and the effect it can have on mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Employees will have the opportunity to participate in virtual activities covering topics on managing working from home, self-care, and showing forgiveness, kindness, and gratitude towards yourself and others.

“During these unprecedented times, it is now more important than ever to ensure our employees are focusing on their mental and physical health,” said Nancy Brickwood, Senior Vice President, Human Resources. “BGRS employees still continue to remain dedicated to their work, despite the challenges that continue to arise during the pandemic. That is why it is so important to us to provide the resources needed to keep our employees healthy and safe.”

BGRS hosts three wellness campaigns a year to focus on mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.

BGRS operates from 12 offices worldwide and aspires to be an employer of choice within our industry. Click here to learn more about our people and culture.
