BGRS Launches Global Wellness Campaign for Employees

Each year, BGRS employees across the globe participate in wellness programs with varying focus and topics. This month, we are excited to share our global physical wellness campaign to help our employees maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Following the success of our May global wellness campaign focusing on mental health, BGRS is kicking off our October campaign to promote a healthy lifestyle through exercise, healthy habits and more!

The 2019 October Global Wellness Campaign, “Rise to the Challenge,” began this week and will continue throughout the month, emphasizing the importance of physical health, with a focus on exercise, nutrition and self-care for mental wellbeing and stress management. Employees will be encouraged to participate in a variety of activities that attribute to a healthy lifestyle.

The program highlights activities that can be achieved by both employees in each office and those who work remotely, and will provide the opportunity to engage in virtual activities such as Mindful Mondays, webinars, and trivia. Regions will offer in office snacked size wellness activities such as yoga for stress release and healthy midday snacking.

Employees who participate in activities throughout the month will have the opportunity to win prizes and participate in giveaways.
