Every year on March 8, International Women’s Day is celebrated to raise awareness about women’s equality, celebrate achievements, and more. The theme for this year is #ChooseToChallenge, focusing on the importance of challenging biases and misconceptions in the interest of creating a more inclusive and gender-equal world.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is integral to our identity. At BGRS, we use an inclusive mindset to train and educate our employees and guide our talent programs. We foster belonging by celebrating and embracing diversity in all its forms and finding ways to be connected and all-encompassing in the workplace.
Our organization is comprised of many talented, resilient, and diligent women from around the world. In fact, women make up more than 60% of our entire workforce. As for our leadership roles, which include Team Leaders through Executives, women hold 64% of those roles – setting an example for all employees to realize their full potential. Our goal is to create a diverse workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
Traci Morris, BGRS’s Chief Executive Officer for nearly 8 years, has led our organization to being an employer of choice in the industry by valuing each employee’s unique background and broad range of experience. In the past, Traci was featured in the Profiles in Diversity Journal in the Women Worth Watching issue for her leadership knowledge, experience, and advice. Traci is the executive sponsor of the BGRS DEI program. She champions diversity and embraces a fully inclusive culture with her executive team and throughout the organization.
