BGRS Announces Client Services Leadership Appointments

BGRS is thrilled to share Client Services leadership team changes designed to continue optimizing our client services function and support our growing client base.

The recent leadership change supports our ongoing commitment to breaking new ground in the way we partner with our clients so that they can contribute strategically to the success of their organizations.

Jennifer Thomas assumed leadership of the Global Client Development team and specific key accounts’ management in the role of Senior Vice President, Global Client Development and Client Services. Reinforcing a global view of our clients’ opportunities and challenges, Joanna (Jo) Wakeham took the leadership responsibility for the Client Services teams worldwide in the role of Senior Vice President of Global Client Services.

Under Jo Wakeham’s leadership, Hannah (Bolton) Richardson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Services, EMEA & APAC, and Sally Tomte has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Services, Americas.

Hannah Richardson joined BGRS in 2011. She has managed several global accounts and led successful client implementations while contributing to global initiatives for the organization. Sally Tomte joined BGRS in June 2000. She has managed a large portfolio of global clients and contributed to global initiatives driving growth and organizational efficiency.

Jo Wakeham stated, “This announcement marks another exciting step for BGRS. These appointments will strengthen BGRS’s leadership bench, and further enable us to continue to drive innovation and responsiveness to the needs of an ever-evolving mobility landscape on a global scale and partner with our clients to ensure the success of their mobility programs. We look forward to the leadership, operational excellence and expertise that Hannah and Sally will bring to their respective roles.”
