BGRS’s Scottsdale office is kicking off its 2019 philanthropic efforts with a fundraiser benefitting Save the Children.
At BGRS, we focus on helping the world’s youth reach new horizons. As part of that effort, we have partnered with Save the Children to provide children across the globe with different types of support and resources that help them overcome barriers to their success.
BGRS’s Scottsdale office started their local philanthropic efforts this year by hosting a “Give $5 Save Lives” fundraiser. During the month-long fundraiser, more than $1,800 was raised on behalf of Save the Children by employees at our Scottsdale office. They are helping make a difference in reaching the most vulnerable children and saving their lives. For every $5 raised, a child lives past 5 years old.
Save the Children is an global humanitarian organization that fixates their fundraising efforts on helping children overcome poverty, providing emergency relief and advocating for vulnerable children. Save the Children is celebrating their centennial year and BGRS is proud to partner with them after 100 years of changing the lives for more than 1 billion children.
During the 100 years of service Save the Children has provided, the organization has initiated many global programs including health, education, protection, hunger and livelihoods, emergency and global policy and advocacy.
Throughout 2019, BGRS offices will continue to implement fundraisers that will benefit Save the Children.
