Join BGRS’s Joy Lee, Director, Consulting Services, to explore what is driving mobility transformation and how talent mobility leaders can leverage opportunities to drive business value.
BGRS is a proud sponsor of the National Foreign Trade Council’s (NFTC’s) International Human Resource Management Forum, March 21-22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.
NFTC, a trade association that focuses on improving the international trade and investment environment, hosts an annual conference in Houston delivering a series of discussions and workshops focusing on international mobility. This year’s conference theme, Managing the Scope and Speed of Change in Global Business and Human Resources, includes workshops on topics ranging from the impact of digitization and talent retention challenges to global mobility management trends and managing a multi-generational workforce.
At the event, Joy Lee, Director, Consulting Services, will host a workshop exploring the results of BGRS’s 2017 Talent Mobility Trends Survey and examining what is driving mobility transformation within organizations. She will provide attendees perspective on how talent mobility is evolving as a function, the scale and drivers of change and how companies manage change to drive successful business outcomes.
