Join BGRS’s Joy Lee, Director, Talent Mobility Consulting, for two sessions exploring what is driving mobility transformation and how talent mobility leaders can leverage opportunities to drive business value.

BGRS is a proud sponsor of the National Foreign Trade Council’s (NFTC’s) International Human Resource Management Forum, March 21-22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

NFTC, a trade association that focuses on improving the international trade and investment environment, hosts an annual conference in Houston delivering a series of discussions and workshops focusing on international mobility. This year’s conference theme, Managing the Scope and Speed of Change in Global Business and Human Resources, includes workshops on topics ranging from the impact of digitization and talent retention challenges to global mobility management trends and managing a multi-generational workforce.

At the event, Joy Lee will, in partnership with Tony Pattio, Senior Manager, Global Mobility at Oceaneering, Inc. and Sukhpal Singh, HR Manager – Global Mobility at Hess Corporation, host a workshop titled ‘Strategically Leading Mobility Transformation’. The session will explore what is driving mobility transformation within organizations and highlight strategic concepts human resources and talent mobility leaders should consider in the design of transformation projects.

Joy will also host a ‘Mobility’s Unique Contribution to Future Leadership Development’ panel discussion with Kia Baptist, Manager, HR Business Partnering & Global Mobility at Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and Adele Yeargan, Director, Global Mobility and Immigration at VMware. The panel will discuss mobility’s role and contribution to the development of the next generation of global leaders and provide attendees with perspective on how talent mobility can be a modern solution and partner to Talent Management teams within their organizations.
