April 23, 2019
BGRS is excited to participate in the 2019 European Relocation Association (EuRA) International Relocation Congress April 30 – May 3 in Munich.
The theme of this year’s EuRA conference, Celebrate the Future | Opportunity Defined, will give attendees the opportunity to learn how to move away from the Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) paradigm and embrace the change occurring in mobility.
BGRS’s Gemma Williams, Manager, Supplier Networks EMEA, will be participating in a panel discussion on Thursday, May 2 to discuss gender imbalance in mobility. Gemma will be speaking about how suppliers can partner with RMCs in a tangible way to better support assignees. She will also explore how mobility can play a role in helping organizations embrace closing the gender gap across leadership through more international assignments for females in the workplace, and share her own professional experiences on being a woman in global mobility. The panel will also touch on flexible working options and other latest trends throughout the industry.
In conjunction with the EuRA conference, BGRS will be hosting a two-hour Supplier Symposium with our partners on May 1. The invite-only symposium will include two panel sessions to discuss compliance and the important expectations around it as well as transformation in the industry. Our speakers will also give BGRS organizational updates, share achievements and discuss our initiatives for 2019. The event will give BGRS the opportunity to elevate our partnerships with our EMEA network suppliers.
