On October 21, BGRS’s Claudia Jaccarino will explore how corporate leaders view the future of talent mobility and the role Intercultural practitioners play to support organizations in achieving their talent management and business objectives.

At this year’s SIETAR conference in San Diego, California, BGRS’s Claudia Jaccarino, Intercultural Services Program Specialist, will lead an interactive session exploring two critical components shaping today’s workplace: global mobility and talent management.

Participants will gain understanding of some of the changes in the marketplace and discuss:

  • Global mobility as a pathway to attract and develop talent
  • Identifying and readying talent for intercultural interactions through assessments
  • Expatriate assignment options to attract talent and maximize Millennials
  • Supporting overseas assignments
  • Repatriation planning

The Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR) encourages the development and sharing of the knowledge, values and skills that enable effective intercultural relations at the individual, group and organizational levels.

SIETAR USA is hosting its annual conference in San Diego, October 18-21, 2017. Visit their event website for additional details.
