BGRS is proud to be a sponsor at the SIETAR USA Conference October 30 – November 2, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Under the theme “From Adversity to Diversity: The Role of the Interculturalist,” this year’s SIETAR USA Conference will give attendees the opportunity to gain and share insights, enabling professionals to operate efficiently in an unfamiliar environment.
BGRS’s Brenda Bellon, Director, Intercultural Services, and Chelsea Beechel, Manager, Intercultural Services, will be hosting a session on Thursday, October 31 titled, “Evolving Intercultural Skills to Meet a Changing World of Work.” During the session, Brenda and Chelsea will share their expertise on the changing world of work, and relate it to both the Mobility and Intercultural industries. As a large-scale provider of Intercultural services to corporate clients, participants will learn key messages on evolving training methods and BGRS’s expectations of effective partnerships with intercultural trainers. The session will also include an interactive activity for participants to reinforce key topics from the presentation.
The presentation will reference key findings from BGRS’s Talent Mobility Trends Survey, as well as RW3’s Global Mindset Index Study, applying them to changes that interculturalists should consider in their work.
