The Association of Proposal Management’s (APMP) Bid & Proposal Conference is the world’s largest conference for proposal, bid, tender, business development and graphics professionals. This year’s event will offer attendees networking opportunities, panel discussions and workshops on tested information, proven strategies and best practices for strategic proposal and business development. Attendees represent professionals from across the globe spanning multiple industries, including government and corporate sectors.
At the conference, BGRS’s Erin Andersen, Director, Strategic Proposals and Design will participate in two panel discussions. The first, titled “Be Efficient – and Effective – with Repeatable Process,” will explore how developing reproducible and flexible processes can maximize time within the proposal response process. The second panel session, titled “Metrics That Actually Mean Something,” will discuss how tracking and delivering meaningful metrics can influence key stakeholders, drive change, enhance knowledge, build consensus and more.
