Ian Johnson will lead a discussion about applying greater flexibility to talent mobility programs with global mobility leaders from adidas and BASF.
The second annual DGFP // Annual Global Mobility Conference will begin on November 29, 2021, and continue until December 9, 2021. This year’s conference focuses on global mobility after the COVID-19 pandemic, asking the question of whether the industry is “back to normal” or will have a “fresh start.” This topic has been greatly discussed within the HR industry, especially with the global pandemic partly under control.
BGRS’s Ian Johnson, Senior Vice President, will join Jaana Oksa, Senior Director of Cross Border Employment at adidas, and Silke Wuerttemberger-Dohn, Head of Global Mobility at BASF, in discussing applying greater flexibility to talent mobility programs. This session, hosted on December 1, 2021, will also detail considerations and experiences when developing and applying greater flexibility to your program, creating the right policies, benefit frameworks, and service delivery models, and the role technology plays in enabling greater flexibility.
The DGFP, which is the largest competence and career network for HR professionals in Germany since 1952, helps facilitate the exchange of experiences for Human Resources managers. The digital conference offers an accessible platform for best practice and peer exchange with an attractive agenda tackling the latest challenges and opportunities in the world of HR.
