BGRS Leaders are excited to host Remote Working – Redefining Global Mobility session at GME Leader Exchange VX in London, UK.

After the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, more organizations are shifting their approaches to cross-border management. How does this relate to global mobility, and what options should be implemented? On Thursday, November 25, 2021, Global Mobility Executive (GME) Leader Exchange VX will host Global Mobility and HR professionals at Searcys in London to discuss how the workforce changes redefine the industry. The all-day invite-only event will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions and be conducted in a hybrid setting.

The first half of the day will focus on which policies, processes, and communications need to be implemented concerning remote working. Attendees and participants will dive into approaches to take, and consider salaries, benefits, and other advantages of remote working on talent acquisition.

BGRS is proud to be hosting the afternoon session starting at 13:00 GMT. The afternoon session will include conversations focusing on technology to effectively manage international remote working, tracking tools to use to ensure organizations are being compliant, and new data analytical capabilities used to attract, retain, and develop global talent.

Participants from BGRS will include Jessica Larsen, Senior Manager, Mobility Experience Solutions, Peter Hopkins, Vice President, Client Strategic Partner, and Stephen Bellard, Director, Client Strategic Partner. Jessica Larsen will host virtual breakout groups while Peter Hopkins will be leading the in-person breakout groups.

This event is part of BGRS’s partnership with GME.
