The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) is hosting their annual Americas summit in Dallas, May 22-23, 2019, and BGRS is proud to be a sponsor. FEM hosts global summits throughout the year to bring global mobility professionals, HR specialists and industry experts together to participate in interactive workshops, corporate-only roundtable sessions and panel discussions.
This year, BGRS’s Brenda Bellon, Director, Talent Mobility Consulting, will be facilitating an Expert Insight session entitled, “The Art of the Possible: An Employee Experience and Mobility Technology Journey”. During the discussion, Brenda will engage with the panelists to discuss the role technology can play to strengthen the employee experience. She will also share critical elements of the mobile employee’s experience that can impact assignment success as well as strengthen an organization’s talent pipeline.
