BGRS’s Jennifer Rowe will explore trends in corporate mobility in post-pandemic business practices.

The Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) Tri-State will be hosting a webinar on Trends in Corporate Mobility Post-COVID on December 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST. The webinar event will be presented by BGRS’s Jennifer Rowe, Senior Manager, Intercultural Innovation & Networks.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many business practices were up-ended and faced new challenges, especially concerning mobility practitioners. Mobility plans were forced to change as many new forms of remote working were implemented, leading to an uncertain future for mobility practices as a whole. Rowe will explore trends found in our 2021 Talent Mobility Trends Survey “Reinventing Mobility Beyond 2020” as a framework and provide solutions.

Some topics to be discussed include:

  • Finding a balance between physical and virtual mobility
  • Broadening mobility’s role
  • Mobility digitization
  • Increased demand for flexibility in benefits and program design

The mission of SIETAR USA is to promote and facilitate intercultural education, training and research through professional interchange. SIETAR Tri-State NY-NJ-CT strives to connect anyone interested in the intercultural field in the Tri-state area through – among others – guest speakers, cultural events, and get togethers.
