BGRS is a proud platinum sponsor of the event and will be in attendance for the 15th year in a row.

BGRS will be a featured panelist and lead a 90-minute session on December 9 from 2:30-4:00 PM EST. The panelists, Joe Genautis, Chief Information Officer, BGRS, Sally Tomte, SVP Customer Experience, BGRS, and Sydney Heimbrock, Chief Industry Advisor for Government, Qualtrics will take a deep dive into improving employees’ experience through mobility programs. Topics to be discussed include focusing on employee engagement to employee experience to better attract and retain critical talent. Trends impacting today’s leaders such as employee onboarding, workplace flexibility, performance management and rewards will also be examined.

As a platinum sponsor, BGRS will also have a virtual exhibit at the event. Members of the BGRS team will meet with attending Senior Executives Association members to discuss U.S. and Canadian government relocation and talent management program trends and evolution post-pandemic.
