BGRS is inviting all Talent Mobility and Human Resources professionals to take our Talent Mobility Trends Survey.
The 2021 BGRS Talent Mobility Trends Survey, under the theme of Reinventing Mobility Beyond 2020, explores the strategic changes mobility leaders should consider implementing to help their organizations reinvent their employee mobility over the next 12-24 months.
The events of 2020 have brought about lasting change to people management, compelling many organizations to assess the support and care they provide to their mobile employees. As Talent Mobility expands into an increasingly strategic role it will be important to understand how mobility will and should evolve and change to support business growth and development of leaders equipped to meet the challenge brought on as a result of the global health and economic predicaments.
Many of our clients report that the pace of change is accelerating now more than ever. This survey will explore sub-themes including:
