BGRS’s impact report reveals our progress towards driving positive changes in the mobility industry.

BGRS’s unique position within the relocation industry allows us to lead the charge when it comes to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The ESG impact report outlines the ESG programs and policies we’re focusing on and the ways we’re driving our future goals.

Focus on the ESG goals is an inextricable part of how we do business and each individual element is intertwined. The “E” in ESG, which stands for environmental criteria, includes the energy and waste management across our operations and those of our supply chain. The “S” stands for social criteria and addresses the relationships we foster with people and entities within the communities in which we work and live. Finally, the “G” represents governance, or the internal system of practices, controls, and procedures we’ve adopted in order to make effective decisions, comply with the law, and meet the needs of stakeholders.

To develop this report, we collaborated across business functions, supply chain network, and our client base to develop and track baseline metrics charting our progress. Together, our employees have worked to create an aggressive yet practical road-map, grounded on common purpose, which will help us meet our ESG goals.

The data featured in this report represents the foundational elements we intend to focus on and report against, thereby driving continual improvements towards our vision and accreditation goals. Collaboratively, we are working to make our industry greener, and to drive our company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
