BGRS establishes presence in Warsaw, Poland to support its focus on enhanced customer experience and 24/7 live customer support.
BGRS has been transforming our customer experience to meet the needs of a dramatically changing workforce and its impact on employee mobility. Technology-enabled flexibility and global coverage, providing immediate direct contact with knowledgeable global support teams during the meaningful moments in each employee’s assignment and the related relocation journey, is key to an advanced level of personalization. Expanding our presence to Warsaw, Poland provides additional capabilities and resources to deliver an optimal customer experience globally.

The newly established customer experience center in Warsaw, Poland will be operational by the end of 2021 and complements BGRS’s global coverage through 10 customer experience centers and additional legal entities ensuring we are by your side, looking ahead®.
